Causes of these white patches:

  • By using antibiotics that decrease the immune system,so develop white patches in mouth.
  • Some antibiotics are Prednisone, inhaled corticosteroid or antibiotics.

Treatment plan:

  • Rinse the mouth with warm saltwater.
  • Rinse the mouth with diluted 3%hydrogen peroxide.
  • Brush the teeth with a soft tooth brush.
  • Anti-thrush drugs like Nystatin or miconazole.
