The balanced chemical equation for the complete combustion of acetaldehyde is shown below.

C2H40+ -02 + 2002 + 2H20

Under same conditions of temperature and pressure, the ratio of number of moles of two gases is equal to the ratio of number of liters (volume) of two gases. Hence, we can use volume ratios in place of mole ratios.

5/2 L 02 5.60 L C2H40XL CHO 6 = 14.0 L O

Hence, c. 14.0 L O is the answer.
