Communication is a way of expressing one's feelings to each other so that they can understand their thoughts. It is basically used for serving five main purposes such as:

1) To inform others about the thoughts or information, one might know of.

2) To express their feelings in front of others.

3) To influence others for performing any task.

4) To build social connections with other people.

5) To imagine any creative idea or to appreciate it.

Answer 2) Yes, I agree that the channel influences the outcomes of the communicative intervention. This is because the channel acts as a medium of communication and without a proper channel, there will be no proper communication. A good and effective channel of communication can be used to build relationship with others. This will be beneficial to express their feelings and solve problems at a faster pace.
