Moles of Na = mass of Na / molar mass = 0.49 / 23 = 2.13 * 10-2 moles

Energy released per moles of Na reacted = Energy released / number of moles = 5090 / (2.13 * 10-2) = 2.39 * 105 J / mol

Eenrgy released in the given equation = Number of moles of Na * Energy released per mole of Na = 2 * 2.39 * 105 J = 478 KJ
