The molecule in the picture undergoes hydrogenation when reacted with hydrogen in the presence of Nickel .

So hydrogen atoms add to the double bonds in the molecule to form a saturated triglyceride molecule. This saturated triglyceride molecule is called as glyceryl tristearate.
