Answer #1

A. I would respond with respect and accepting his concerns and complaints and record it and il reply him that il be solving this issue at the earliest with a apologising way.

B. Here the physician as well as the nurse both work for the welfare of the patient. But sometimes either of them may not go hand in hand when the patients privacy is breached or informed consent. Always the treatment should go according to the best interest of patient with capacity or without but still with decision making capacity. On the other hand the medical order was told by a very most senior doctor whose is the control of whole entity.

C. People from different background will perceive things in a different perspectives. The perception in the nursing is the core base of ethics and conduct were by it all states that when patients privacy is breached rise your concern, always act according to the patients interest. On the other hand physician thinks that what ever he is ordering has to be given by the nurses without any further questions.

D. The most realistic I see is that a team work with Co operation respect for each one's contribution towards patient care must be present and when not seen to be raised with the concern.
