NDp=gdp-depreciation

National invome=ndp-indirect taxes+subsidies. Indirect taxes don't form income of factors of production but subsidies do

Personal income=national income-undistributed corporate profits+transfer payments--social security contributions

Disposable income=personal income-direct taxes
