YTM is calculated using the RATE function as follows:-

=RATE(nper,pmt,pv,fv)

=RATE(14*2,5.75%/2*100,-108,100)*2

=4.95%

nper is number of periods, as the bond pays interest twice, the number of periods double

pmt is coupon rate which is payable twice

pv is the current price of the price paid

fv is the redemption amount of the bond
