Answer to Q b) No, there are no streams apparently discharging into these lakes.

Answer to Q c) The rocks in which these lakes form are carbonate rocks/limestones/dolomites. They are composed of CaCO_​​​3​​.

These rocks are highly soluble in water and in presence of diliute acids they dissolve progressively into larger dolines, uvalas from the initial jointed rock.
