Normally rain water has pH 5 to 6 but more correctly 5.6

When this rain water combines with SO2 , CO2 or oxides of nitrogen then they decreases the pH of rain water which eventually becomes acid rain with pH less than 5.

So out of the given option 3.5 pH is less than 5 .

Hence it will be considered as pH of acid rain.
