The statutes are written and applied in various methods but always concerned with constitutional paradigm and social benefits. Sometimes the civil judging influence by social norms and constitutional values so that the perspectives of the civil law varies in similar conditions with different decisions.
Similar cases sometimes treated with a different approach because of pre-perceptions and common and civil law perspectives so the main objective of justice deviates according to perceived learning and judging.
