Charlie sells his antique farm tractor collection at a loss. He had acquired all of the tractors for his personal pleasure and sold all of them for less than he paid for them. What is the tax status of the tractors? Explain.

Charlie had an antique farm tractor which he bought for personal pleasure hence it is personal use asset. Also it would be considered as a capital asset. He sold it for a loss but as it was for personal use, the loss suffered by Charlie would not be considered.
