d. Elevated blood pressure is the objective sign that is perceived only when the tests are run by the examiner

e. Labored respiration is an objective sign as patient can sense it but examiner and pothers can vision the labor during breathing

f. Headache is a subjective symptom as it is reported only by the patient

g. Temperature of the skin is an objective sign as it is perceived by the patient as well as felt and examined as a sign by the examiner and others too
