The side of each water molecule with the oxygen atom exposed will be slightly negative.
The side of each water molecule with the hydrogen atoms exposed will be slightly positive.
So the two Cl{-} ions will be attracted to the largest number of positive charges, which occur in the boxes on the upper right and lower left.
The two Na{+} ions will be attracted to the largest number of negative charges, which occur in the boxes on the upper left and lower right

1st and 4th blocks will have Na+ because the partial charge on O will attract positive charge of Na+.

2nd and 3rd will have Cl- because of the same above force of attraction between CL- and H+.
