Rent is relatively constant with change in baths and hence they have no relationship we can say that only 'Number of rooms' and As we can see from the scatterplots, Number of rooms has positive relati onship with advertised monthly rent because with the increase in number of rooms , the advertised monthly rent is also increasing Sqrfoot also has a positive relationship with advertised monthly rent because with the increase in sqrtfoot , the advertised monthly rent is also increasing Yes, there is visual evidence that Number of rooms and Sqrfoot are related to each other becuase with the increase in Sqrfoot , number of rooms also increases
