Right patient, right drug, right dose, right time, right route.

In this cause study the nurse did not adminestered right dose to the patient which causes the life a baby.

While administering medication the individual should follow the above 5 principles so that they can provide correct treatment to the patient.

While administering a medicine the nurse should always double check if it is right dosage.
