Answer: The nurse has several responsibilities and it requires hard work, punctuality etc. The nurse should be on time as it effects the quality of care provided to the patients. This is because every patient's requirements are different and they need to get their medications on time. The delay in the medication may cause hurdle in the recovery of the patients.

This kind of attitude such as being late often may decrease the trust of the patients on the nurses and healthcare professionals.

The nurse is not practicing a good work ethics because one must be concerned regarding their responsibilities and duties and being late is not ethically good.

Ofcourse, being late and not responsible for the work is not considered to be up to the mark. So, there is more chances that the nurse may lose her job. Because due to this kind of unethical behaviour there could be medication error which can be harmful for the patient.
