A nurse is usually the first person a patient interact with. Nurses are responsible for assessing patient needs, diagnosing the illness and plan the care accordingly.

Nurses have a great role in health prevention, health promotion, and disability limitation. Which is necessary for a healthy population.

Patient care is the primary duty of a nurse. The patient and a nurse spend a great deal of time together. Nurses observe and assess patient, help the doctor to create a care plan, and carry out that care plan with medication and treatment administration.

Without nurses health care is impossible.
