1st Answer: A nurse's daily duties can vary greatly depending on the healthcare setting. During their daily routines nurses might administer medication, consult with other healthcare providers, monitor patients, educate individuals and family and be responsible for managing medical records.
2nd Answer: A nursing supervisor will delegate responsibilities to other based on the five rights of delegation which are right person, right task, right circumstances, right directions and communication, right supervision and evaluation. If the nursing supervisor follows these "Five rights of delegation" properly they would not have any problems in getting the delegated work completed.
3rd Answer: As a nurse, I enjoy getting to know people, solve all the painful issues and share their emotions whether it is happiness or sadness. I enjoy being helpful to others and I feel happy when I know that I am able to reach out to someone who needs help and be there for them in times of their physical pain. I feel happy when I see my patient go through the healing process of any disease. It is encouraging to see the patients fight critical illnessnesses and get back to normal.
