The heart beat can be calculated by calculating the duration of one complete ECG waveform.It consists of a P wave, QRS complex and T wave.
Segment includes only the line between the two waves ,while interval includes the line along with one wave .
It can be calculated by = P wave + PR segment +QRS complex + S-T segment + T wave
= 0.11 + 0.14 +0.08 + 0.13 +0.15 =0.61 seconds
So in one minute number of heart beats = 60/0.61 = 98 bpm
