In the group therapy there are four stages.Among them working phase is the third stage.Thus stage develops after the group members cross the second stage of transitional stage.Here the people starts to express their thoughts and emotions which are generally induced by others in the group.They start to converse in both ways like verbally and non verbally. In simple the nurses primary focus in this phase is understanding the emotions of the patients in the group development and helping them to develop their problem solving skills.There will be problems of dominance in the power and control things and it has to be focused by the nurse.
