  • Neutrophils, monocytes have the highest phagocytic activity.
  • RBCs are the most abundant formed elements in blood.

2. Doping by injection of more RBCs into circulation will increase peripheral resistance, similar to what would happen in a patient with polycythemia.

3. Large arteries like aorta are elastic artery.

4. All typical connective tissues has fibres. Blood is an atypical connective tissue because fibres would show up only during clotting.

5. It's a true statement because capillaries only have a single layer of endothelial cells.
