The target customers for this kind of hotel are mid aged affluent individuals, single, in groups or with family. The hotel would attract connoisseurs and lovers of food, music, ambience and other fine things in life, who are willing to pay premium for good food, wines, music, decor, comfort and a memorable experience. The hotel would also attract the people looking to unwind and soak themselves amidst luxury and in proximity with nature.

The target age groups are 30-75 years old upper middle class people of either gender from the urban / semi urban areas of the US as well as from foreign countries, with either husband - wife duo or in groups of friends. The income group is from $75000 a year upwards of family income, and hving education level of graduate and above with good understanding of essentials of a good, balanced life.
