Determine the MOSFET calibration factor?

Given :

6MV Gamma beam

Absorbed dose 1 Gy

Before : vth1 = 129 mV

After : vth2= 265 mV

The Caliberation performed in 6 MV

The change in the vth is given as :

Vth = vth2 - vth1

= 265mV - 129 mV

= 136 mV

Now the Input is for 6MV

In the Mosfet the calibration factor is given for response from input callibration and given as

= 136 mV / 6 MV
