Emergency crew at the scene broke window to remove her from the vehicle. The estimated temperature inside the vehicle was over 120O F . Soon after the paramedics arrived, Anna's parents come rushing in. They are tearful and frantic. Both parents tell you that they thought the other parent had dropped the baby off at daycare. 1. Child Neglect.

Child neglect is form of child abuse and deficit in meeting child basically needs including failure to provide adequate healthcare, nutrition, safety, clothing, housing as well physical, emotional, social emotional safety needs.

Here above scenario clearly stated that above factors are failed to take care by their parents. So its considered as child neglect.

2.legal, ethical responsibility:

1. Observe the child behavior and parents behaviors carefully

2. Note carefully the areas of child neglect or child abuse

3.Find the hospital deartment or police or near by child rescue department.

4. Infirm to the child rescue organization immediately.
