However, non-custodial parents may still have certain rights, such as: The right to visitation with the child (this will depend on the visitation or custody order) Access to the child's medical and school records. So, we should the release the records for John Smith.

2. Yes , we should release the records for Fred Michael since he is her father he has the right to her medical records .

3. No, we should not release the lab reports as the note might not be written by her husband . Once ,it's verified the note is written by her husband Tim then only we should release the reports.

4. Yes offcourse he should be provided with the list of records he want to review as he is conducting audit from the side of Health and Human Servicea Department
