Collaborative efforts in health care always aims quality care to the beneficiary. Considering the mentioned stakeholders namely consumers, providers, payers, suppliers and regulators has great impact in care provision.
Consumers :- they always demand accessible, affordable and most importantly quality health care at manageable cost.
Consumers are highly health conscious nowadays and aware about the spread of disease and their intervention. It has been possible because of technologically advance science about human body.
Consumers do sometimes compromise cost with quality.
Providers:- there are numerous health care providers consumers have choice of taking any specific providers.
Hence provider should take care that they meet the needs of consumer at every point of time.
Provider needs to be flexible in providing healthcare and should be able to provide customized care.
Payers:- timely payments without claim rejection would help gain confidence of customer and thus will bring loyalty towards the payers.
Timely settlement of payments will initiate more and more attraction by the consumers and provider company.
