Patient's body weight=165 lbs

lbs to kg- multiplied by 0.45

ie, Body weight in kg= 165*0.45= 74.25 kg

daily dose of procainamide = 74.25 kg* 50 mg= 3712.5 mg

appropriate daily dose= 3712.5 mg
