To balanced number of electrons, we ned to multiply 1st equation by 2 and end equation by 3

2 Mn2+ -> 2 Mn5+ + 6e-

3 Pb4+ + 6e- -> 3 Pb3+

Now combine both equation to obtained overall redox reaction.

2 Mn2+ + 3 Pb4+ -> 2 Mn5+ + 3 Pb3+
