The Henry Fayol's principles of management are ,
1) if the workers are experts,yield can be enhanced as they come to be highly experienced and well organized and this principle is known as Division of Work.
2) The administrators should have the power to give commands,even so they should also understand that with authorization comes management and this principle is known as Authority.
3) The discipline should be maintained in firms,even so the procedures for performing that may be differ and this principle is known as Discipline.
4) The workers must have only a single manager and this principle is called Unity of Command.
5) The groups having similar goals must be employed under the instruction of single supervisor,make use of single idea and by this the measures are clearly correlated and this principle is called as Unity of Direction.
6) The concerns of worker must not be permitted to come to be most significant than that of the squad and this principle is known as the Subordination of individual interests to the common interest.
7) The pleasure of workers mainly rely on equitable payment for everybody and this principle is known as the Remuneration.
8) The working space provisions should be scrubbed,neat and secure for workers and all the things must have its on location and this principle is known as the Order.
