Sports Academies have seen perfect competition as market structure because becausr barriers to entry very less coupled with relatively smaller firms in large numbers.

HHI index too is low indicating low market concentration.

Only smaller firms with limited cash flows seen incorporated . Firms with large balance sheets very less .

The quality of players produced and services with best coaching faculty is the USP on which competitive rivalry takes place. However government regulations like limited pricing flexibility and discounts are negative Externalities .
