Case 2:

1. To motivate Archie as Tom William after talking to the management I can engage Archie into a time-bound task and can provide him incentives for the same on a monthly, tri-monthly basis since the task would be time-bound he won't be having enough time to spend on talking to others and affect their productivity too. Also providing him with motivational training and effective working classes could result in a change in his behavior.

2. If Archie would not want to get promoted I will offer him Volunteer Retirement Solution and Since he is very much into his work and is a loyal employee of the company he will accept the offer and promotion can be granted to him.
