The three important skills that a team should have is :

1) Communication skills: In a team there will be different people with different characters and attitude, so team members should know how to communicate with them and work as a team. Communication always helps them to make sure that there are no misunderstanding between them.

2) Conflict solving skills: There will be conflict of ideas when do comes to decision making, so in a team they should sit communicate with each other for a better performance of the whole group.

3) Ability to build rapport: In a team they always should be a good and development of harmony between people which will help them to work together as group.

I will follow only one method that to see my team complete projects efficiently:

1) I will set some basic ground rules for my team like timings , breaks what work will be done by whom etc.

2) I will first establish relationship in my group for an effective functioning and understanding.

3) I will allocate work on their capabilities to get the best output.

4) I will see they are motivated and also see they are doing work on time.

5) I will be harsh in quality and quantity of work at the same time I will be gentle to make them understand the situation.

I will ensure that I am able to talk with my team and help them whenever I'm needed if they are having doubt. I will try to communicate with them in such a way that they should feel I am a comfortable person for them to talk of any issue.

Tools like time management, problem solving and decision making will help my team to succeed in class and beyond.
