Peaks at 3104 cm-1 corresponds to sp2 CH stretch

Peak at 1600 is due to C=C stretch

And at 1579&1347 for asymmetrical & symmetrical stretches of NO2.

And at 725 for C-Br stretch

And at 840 for para disubstituted Benzene ring
