As per wein's displacement law only a small range of wavelength has a significant contribution in total radiation.As temperature is increased wavelength corresponding to maximum intensity decreases.

Thus the radiation from earth varies in wavelength depending on temperature.At 300K significant contribution is from long infrared region(9550nm) .It can also lie in visible region at higher temperature at 1100K

As radiation have heating effect option d is also correct.
