Answer #1

An individual independent physician can make his own decision in his practice. He was able to own and control his own practice area to take strategic decisions. He can contribute his maximum capability within the local community. He has been frequently integrated and connected with health care markets. Hospital physicians can work within the specialized area and not much involved with stakeholders. An individual physician can easily achieve the trust of the patient and build a strong relationship with them. He can spend enough time with each patient. Whereas physician in the hospitals has to meet with different patients every day which limits the relationship and their daily targets limit the spending of time with the patient. Independent physician has freedom in treatment decisions, work schedules, opinions. This will greatly affect the hospital policies which has specific rules to follow by all the physicians. Thus why most of the hospital physicians are wish to practice individually because of a lot of advantages and freedom in their work.
