Recently, the CEO has been hearing complaints from both patients and staff, varying from long wait times to rude physicians. You have been hired to design and implement a Quality Improvement Plan to help uncover quality problems and to satisfactorily resolve them.

Scenario Continued

The CEO has met with you to let you know that some members of the Board of Directors are questioning the value of developing a quality improvement plan. She has asked you to create an executive summary and an information sheet to be included in the next Board packet.

Instructions

Topics for the executive summary should include:

  1. What is a Quality Improvement plan?
  2. Why do healthcare facilities create improvement plans?
  3. Why would you recommend the facility create and implement a QI plan?

NOTE - APA formatting for the reference list, and proper grammar, punctuation, and form required.

After completing the Executive Summary, you will create a one-page information sheet for the Board that they can use to answer questions about QI plans.

  1. The information sheet should give your CEO and the Board of Directors enough information to have an educated conversation with patients and other stakeholders on the value of QI plans.
  2. Make sure to use audience-specific language and tone on your information sheet. Remember, you are writing this information sheet for your CEO and the Board of Directors.
  3. Be creative, and make your information sheet fun and organized.

There are several quality improvements models and frameworks an organisation can consider to promote success.... for every organisation we have to plan how to do we have to study IIT and we have to act it it's like a cycling process the plant which you have planned have to distributor all the Healthcare workers who are working in your organisation and study about it and you have to act on that plan these are calling as a protocol which are meant by your organisation.

These are the systematic series of steps for gaining value learning and knowledge for the continual improvement of service in our organisation.

The Healthcare system no Z quality improvement model includes 4 key principles to support successful initiatives first one

1. Focus on delivery system and process

2. Focus on patients

3. Focus on theme based process teamwork is the main keeping for the successful organisation

4. Focus on the use of data both in the sense of quantitative and qualitative data the using of Healthcare facilities for the staff and for the patients to.

To satisfy the patients we have to there are aspects of patient centred care one patient centred care to patient empowerment patient engagement patient experience.

Principles of patient centred care to satisfy the patients.

1. There must be an active partnership among patients their families and their Health Care providers.

Healthcare facilities should create improvement plans in Healthcare system is to engage in Primary Health Care practices in quality improvement activities is essential to achieving the triple aim of improving the health of population and handsome patient experiences and outcomes and reducing the risk of patients infections and their unsatisfying outcomes and reducing mortality rate and to improving provider experience and to improve quality health system in organisation..
