In particular, she would like you to write a short article with an accompanying infographic detailing the role and importance of the patient experience when working towards quality improvement.

Consumers satisfaction is one of the cheif component to make amendments in or to do any improvements in the existing services because consumers are the people who use the product and provide their essential feedback ,considering their experience and feedback will help to do the necessary changes and hence help in the increased sale of the product and services .

In the same way using patients experience to make the improvements in the healthcare services will be a beneficial step as the patients are the ones who uses these healthcare services and they will tell more in detail about what improvement has to be done to make it more efficient . Hence it will result in early recovery and discharge of the patient .
