Yes, exactly PLC Curve is the diagram that helps us graphically understand the product life cycle of the product which goes through all the phases such as introduction, growth, maturity and decline

For the Handheld camera the following can be the product life cycle, since you've not mentioned a company in particular I'll explain it to you in a generalized way.

Introduction - Actually handheld video cameras were introduced in 1908 because it was the time when an actually handheld camera was used and properly made it available to the outside world. And from then it got a considerable demand which was later increased the demand for handheld video cameras till the introduction of DSLR's. So in this stage the demand for cameras are somewhat low and the costs are usually high and negligible market competition.

Growth - In this stage the demand for handheld cameras increased and the costs got slowly declining down the line due to slow introduction of other alternatives.

Maturity - At the stage the demand will start declining and the product, here handheld camera reached it's peaks stage of profitability and it will no longer be demanded and no longer generate profits.

Decline - At this stage the overall growth, share and profits start declining gradually which makes the companies which produce such handheld cameras withdraw the product or discontinue it.
