Yes I believe that corporations have many rights and too much limited liability. Not only corporations have more rights there rights are stronger than ours. While the word corporations is never found in the constitution yet they are able to invoke constitutional rights and protections under the commerce clause and contracts clause. Charters of incorporation have granted special privileges for private wealth, including limited liability protections from legal responsibility by individuals benefiting from the dint of this corporate shield along with rights of "personhood" bestowed by courts. Corporations rights had interfered a lot with politics. In 2010, Supreme Court's decision Court upheld the rights of Corporations to make political expenditures under the First Amendment. They have right to religious freedom under federal law. All business corporations have a right under federal law to claim religious based exemptions to all sorts of laws.
Corporations have separate legal entity which segregates the owners and management from each other. The owners of the corporations have limited liability and cannot be called upon to pay anything from their personal assets in the event winding up or in any other case.
