There are 9 protons and 10 neutrons in F-19 nucleus.

Mass of 9 protons = 9 x 1.00728 amu = 9.06552 amu

Mass of 10 neutrons = 10 x 1.008665 amu = 10.08665 amu

Now mass defect = (9.06552 + 10.08665) – 18.99840325 amu = 0.15376675 amu

Now binding energy = 0.15376675 x 931 MeV =143.157 MeV
