Answer #1

Answer: At present there are many of the diseases which are affecting people's health. This African Americans are most prone to the cardiovascular diseases as well as diabetes. In this population of African American, mostly women are at higher risk of developing diseases as they are suffering from the obesity. Due to unhealthy lifestyle as well as consumption of fast food and junks, our body does not get sufficient amount of nutrients which is required for oroppr functioning of the body.

People should consume more nutritious foods such as vegetables, protein such as fish and chicken. They should also avoid consumption of high fat products. They should include physical activities in their daily life such as jogging, walking or climbing stairs. Daily walk for 35 minutes also proved to be beneficial for people suffering from diabetes.

To teach these things to the people, awareness programs can be held where education regarding healthy living and adoption of healthy food can be given. This may create awareness among people and hence they can take a proper care of themselves as prevention is better than cure.
