An individual manager's ability to make ethical decisions is influenced by many factors, such as individual traits and corporate culture. Applying conscious capitalism principles typically starts with a plan from the CEO and requires the plan to be implemented through various management levels and all employees. What role does ethics play in conscious capitalism and how do the ethics of conscious capitalism impact management tactics within an organization? Please I need a good job with references. Thanks

It is important to first define the term conscious capitalism. This refers to businesses that serve the interests of all major stakeholders’ customers, employees, investors, communities, suppliers, and the environment and not just the interest of the shareholders. Mackey and Sidonia (2013)

By paying attention only to the profit measure of the business, this has led to unethical behaviors such as overworked and underpaid employees, environmental pollution and other unethical practices all in the name of making a profit. Mackey et al( 2013) argue that corporations should exist for a greater purpose than simply making money for their shareholders and that leadership requires a vision beyond financial goals, courage in spite of apathy and opposition, and determination to make America and the world a better place for all of its inhabitants.
