1. Growth & protect Strategy: Promote profits & growth along with consideration to social responsibility.
2. Functional Strategy should be followed, which holds clear definitions of responsibilities at top & duties at bottom level.
3. Process & system development: Approach should be such that to reduce waste & increase operating effectiveness.
4. Developing a framework & Flexible Approach : According to changes in responsibility requirements, process implemented should also change & it must be flexible.
5. Making sustainability tangible i.e. while reporting, also write down relevant issues & indicators to report on such issues.
6. Establishment of standard ethics & practices in organisation & strict adherence with them for years.
