Today it is very important that the accounting information system of the firms are available 100% of the time as nowadays a single firm will be having multiple branches spread not only in one city but in multiple geographies and countries and sales are done from different different places and this billing is also done at different places based on sale . At last all sales made and inventory balances which are located at diverse places is to be consolidated in a single statement. This, I'm such case both availability as well as integrity of accounting information system is very important . Such king of availability and integrity is possible if accounting information system operates through cloud. Yes, cloud is a computing technology where users data is stored on a platform called cloud and data can be accessed and modified through all the locations which have access to the cloud . Also access is through key or passwords thus, ensuring integrity of the data and the system. Thus, through cloud both integrity and availability is possible.
