Because in an independent sample t-test the two data groups are independent.

2) Option - b) False

Because in paired - samples t-test the two data sets are not independent.

3) Option - b) False

Because if the P-value > 0.05, the null hypothesis will not be rejected. So the differences between means is not significant.
