Biggest risk to principle of confindentialitycand privacy relating to offshore outsourcing of various information system functions are the lack of sufficient knowledge, risk of breaches/Contraventions, identity theft, spam

Risk of breaches - when we enter into any contract or agreement having terms and conditions with third party customer to outsource any task then it results into increase in people for performance and completion of the contract. As the number of people increases, chances of breaches of terms and conditions of contract also increases.

Lack of knowledge - when we enter into such as agreement, we should have sufficient knowledge like knowledge of system for efficient performance of task like how it works, how it provide results, what are the inputs and how it operates at initial level and at after sale service phase.

Identity theft - It is unauthorised access to someone's personal information for wrong benefit

Spam - Receiving unsolicited messages which are very attractive responding to them results in starting communication with hackers or fraud people.

Actions which can be taken for confidentiality and privacy is development of technology and awareness because without development of technology, it will easier to breach the system, stealing the personal information and without awareness, unsolicited messages will succeed in looting the people
