Yes ,a mentor program versus our current orientation process improve retention in the millennial generation of nursing as mentor program helps in development of critical thinking through experimentation and active participation .

a)The impact of outcome of millennial nursing will be as follows:-

1)Millennial nurses want ,expect and value professional growth opportunities from their employers.The nurses didn't expect their hospital to send them for conferences or give them professional development stipends.Instead they simply want their employer to give them resources they need to enhance their nursing knowledge or explore other areas of interest within the field.

2) They don't want to focus on weakness but rather enhance their strength .

3)They expect their manager to be actively involved in supporting and promoting their development .They expect their manager to actively seeking out participating in open dialogue with them .

(b)Value of Millennial generation of nursing in health care :-

1)Millennial nurses tend to work at a fast pace,seek work life balance and strive for new opportunities for providing food health care.

2)The quality of patient care by millennial nurses is positively influenced by professional development opportunities.

(c) I believe there may not be any barriers present to implement it because everyone want to live healthy by improving the health care system and this can only be possible by millennial nursing.
