The projects gets linked up to the strategic plan through:
1) Involving the figures of the project in the strategic plans.
2) The annual budget have the provision and funding towards the projects.
3) The projects carries the objectives as incorporated in the company.
The projects gets the sponsorships from the shareholder's and directors when:
a) The objective of the project is to apprehend the shareholders wealth.
b) The primary projections of the projects showing returns to the company.
c) The directors and managers have the incentives to refer the projects.
Some projects do not get sponsorships from shareholder's and directors because:
1) They are the subsidiary projects to the Strategic projects.
2) They do not possess the objectives to enhence the wealth of shareholders.
3) They are undertaken for the social welfare purpose.
4) They are thrush upon the company by government.
To help the project to be chosen for sponsorship, we would do all those things which will tempt the shareholders and the directors and project promoters to finance the project. The requirements of promotion of a project has been described above.
