4) Since number of people who drowned in swimming pools has nothing to do with the amount of power generated by nuclear power plants. Which means that although there is strong coorelation between the two but actually they are different entities.

Hence increase in power generated by nuclear power plant doesn't increase the number of deaths due to drowning.

6) As FDA is responsible body and samples and samples are taken. Hence there is less chances of Biasing in a statistical study.
